Fish
Possible 3 or 4 layers including background. Could
be horizontal frame or free standing piece. Back ground could be solid
color with mill texture like waves. Requires some saw work but can be
only 2 or 3 fish. Fish could be multicolor or one color like gold fish.
Could also use 36 gage foil and cut with sissors.
