Lend Me a Tenor

Back to Theater Page

This is the model I mad for the play Lend me a Tenor which was the first time I Directed a play at Playmakers, the local community theater. I had the most woderful cast that anyone could ask for. I made the mistake of giving a part to a women that turned out to have some metal issues and quit after the second rehersal so i had the good forture to have Taffy Mcginnis step into the part. She is a seasoned stage person and eventually stold the show. I won the Avin award for best director at Playmakers/ I had the best time ever. I later directed a play called Scarpbooks written by a local writer and professor at a local university. I had three great women as cast and they did a wonderful job. I can not find a picture of the set but it was a simple kitchen set that didn't have to change.
